In a report from Gamespot.com it was found that a class-action lawsuit was filed by plaintiffs that feel that EA's exclusive rights to NFL video game production hinder the genre and is "blatantly anticompetitive conduct".

Now, a lot of blogs are spinning this negatively at the football gamers, but we here at Two Bit News are all about long argumentative battles, especially in court, over issues that really aren't that important to society. So when we heard of one that coincidentally is a subject we agree upon we decided it was worth a post to show our support!
