75 Students Arrested For Drugs, How Can We Blame GTA4?

News from Yahoo! is that 75 students were arrested for dealing cocaine and other drugs. One went so far as to send a mass text message advertising this.

Thats all well and good, but one thing they forgot to mention: How can we blame video games for this?
