Wii Punch-Out and the Wii Wish List: Duck Hunt, Contra, among others.
Nintendo announced today that Punch-Out will be coming to the Wii early this year.
This begs the question, what other super obvious ports is Nintendo finally gonna get off their ass and give us?
WAKEUP NINTENDO, YOU'VE GOT MOTION SENSITIVE EQUIPMENT AND A SUPER ACCURATE LIGHT GUN TECHNOLOGY. USE THEM.
Enough with Animal Crossing and crappy platformers. Let's see some lightsabers and classics brought back to life!
Which games would you like to see updated on the Wii? Here is our list (after the jump!):
5.Smash TV - You played it with 2 controllers back in the day anyways for crying out loud. Use the Wii controller and turn a classic with a cult following into a huge smash hit.
4. Castlevania - One that isn't a fighting game. We want to control the whip please.
3. Contra - Just cuz I want a new one really, but think about how amazing that multiplayer 360 degree shooing action would be with the Wii-mote and nunchuck flexibility.
2. Duck Hunt - With the Wii controller accuracy you'd no longer have to stand directly in front of the TV to hit those clay pigeons!
1. Lightsaber/Swordplay game - No More Heroes and Star Wars games were nice, but I want a game where you can fluidly control a lightsaber or sword. It could really be anything like that, but for the sake of this article, let's say Shinobi.
