Braid comes to Mac OS

Hothead games announced that it will be bringing the critically acclaimed indie game Braid to the Macintosh OS. This will extend it's previous player base from Xbox 360 and PC. Now that gamers with a Macintosh can play, the company is expecting a meteoric rise in sales of the game by at least 2 or 3 copies. Perhaps 4 if looks shiny and silver, since thats how Mac buyers make their consumption choices.

Now, when it works on iPhone, that'll be big.

EA: A True American Zero

COBRA ISLAND - Today beloved company Electronic Arts surprised nobody and announced that they would release G.I Joe for Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, PSP, DS and various mobile devices. With this game being released on so many formats how can it possibly be great? I had a chance to sit down with he head of EA's global marketing division and find out. (Read about it after the jump)

Local Woman Tries To Play Video Game

KALAMAZOO - Shocking news today in Kalamazoo, MI, as a WOMAN, that's right, a HUMAN FEMALE, attempted to play a video game.

Mrs. Brianna Poole, a Michigan native, heard from a male friend that video games are fun. While no woman has yet to successfully play a video game other than Nintendogs, she still decided that she would try her hand at the much more complicated, Killzone 2.

Microsoft Proudly Refuses to Stop Investing in Crap

SEATTLE - Microsoft will not be sacrificing new game franchises in the face of a poor performing economy, Gamesindustry.biz reports.

Microsoft believes that "The healthy companies will be the ones that have invested sufficiently during that phase that they've got exciting IP and innovative things happening for when that recovery starts to happen."

For those of you that don't speak "Corporate Bullshit", what that means is that Microsoft makes so much money by producing pretty much every electronic device you use at home that it doesn't have to worry about a few piddling millions of dollars they might lose. (Details after the jump.)
